Re-order search fields

a. Re-order fields, putting "Keywords" on top, then "Topics" immediately after.

b. Move all "Location" section below since info in this section is already default.

It has been reported that the "Keyword" search field could be more visible, should be making it easier to quickly identify and enter text.
